At Hatrix Recruitment, we know how critical it is aligning job seekers with the right roles for their success. Using our proven process, we are dedicated to recruiting and connecting job seekers with roles where they belong and will ultimately succeed.  Our comprehensive process is applied to every job seeker. 

 

1. Connect 

We meet and engage with job seeker through our networks and marketing channels, verify their abilities and subsequently onboard them as part of the Hatrix Recruitment team. 

  • Meet – A Hatrix consultant conducts an in-depth interview with you to assess your skills and experience, determining the most suitable roles for you. To enhance your interview preparedness, explore our tips on preparing for your interview with Hatrix Recruitment. 
  • Verify – We meticulously verify your skills, abilities, licences, and qualifications which involve specific medical, physical and skills assessments. 
  • Onboard – Once verified, you’re onboarded and become an official member of the Hatrix Recruitment Team, prepared for placement with one of our host employers. 

 

2. Recruit 

We profile our job seekers to identify which host employers’ specific needs and requirements they match with, allowing us to effectively place the ideal job seeker who can seamlessly integrate and embed into the organisation. 

  • Profile – Using the information gathered during the connect stage, we create a comprehensive profile to effectively match you with a host employers’ specific needs and requirements. 
  • Match – Your skills and experience are thoughtfully matched to a role within a host employer’s organisation. Depending on the match, you may have an interview with the host employer before commencing the role. Equip yourself with our tips and strategies for host employer interviews. 
  • Embed – Upon placement, you become an integral part of the host employer’s organisation undergoing necessary inductions and training. 

 

3. Belong 

We actively engage with both the job seeker and host employer to ensure a successful match. On confirmation, we support the job seeker in finding a sense of belonging by transitioning them into a permanent role. 

  • Engage – We maintain continuous communication even after placement to ensure a harmonious fit between you, the role, and the host employer. 
  • Confirm – Our process is deemed successful when we confirm that you have been seamlessly integrated into a team where you truly belong. 
  • Transition – It’s a cherry on top when you make a transition to a permanent role within the host employer’s organisation.
