  • What is the difference between temporary and premanent recruitment?

    Permanent recruitment involves identifying the ideal job seeker for your needs. After an exhaustive interview and selection process, the chosen candidate seamlessly integrates onto your company's payroll. In temporary recruitment, we employ job seekers who are then placed with your business on a temporary basis. You can opt to retain them temporarily or transition them to your payroll within an agreed timeframe.

  • How do you decide who to employ?

    Your dedicated consultant will engage in a detailed discussion with you about the job specifications, enabling us to effectively advertise and explore our talent pool. Subsequently, we initiate phone screenings, verify licenses and certifications, and conduct comprehensive interviews, encompassing physical assessments and employment history checks. Should a job seeker align perfectly with the position's criteria and showcase potential for seamless integration into your company, we will present them to you for final approval.


  • What if we like the job seeker so much we want to employ them directly with our company?

    If you would like to transition a temporary job seeker across to your company, please speak with your Hatrix Recruitment consultant about how to do this.


  • What happens if the job seeker you place doesn't work out?

    For our permanent recruitment services we offer a guarantee period for job seekers and details of this gurantee will be outlined in the Terms of Business agreed to upon signing with us.


  • Do you have a labour hire licence?

    Yes, we are a registered labour hire provider.


  • How do you know how much to invoice us?

    Job seekers are required to compelte a timesheet and submit it to their direct supervisor for sign off before sending it through to the Hatrix Recruitment office. We will process all timesheets for the week in order to pay our employees and invoice our clients.


  • Will my company have a single point of contact?

    Yes, you will have a main point of contact within Hatrix Recruitment. Should your contact me unavailable we will have other consultants able to assist if the matter is urgent.


  • What industries & positions do you recruit for?

  • What is the difference between award and market rates?

    While a minimum award rate must be met, there are instances where an above-award rate, referred to as the market rate, is necessary to attract top-notch job seekers for a given position.


  • How quickly can you find someone for my company?

    The timeframe for this process hinges on several factors, encompassing the quantity of roles needed and the specific skills and qualifications sought. Collaborating closely with your Hatrix Recruitment consultant, you'll ascertain suitable timelines and proactively address potential risks to streamline the process and minimise any potential delays.
