TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vehicle Weighing & Documentation: Weigh vehicles, record weight data, and issue weighbridge tickets. Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Data Entry & System Updates: Input weight data into the system, assist with inventory management, and report discrepancies.
- Coordination: Work with production, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and communicate any delays or issues.
- Customer Service: Provide assistance to truck drivers and address queries related to the weighing process.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, keep the weighbridge area clean, and ensure equipment is maintained properly.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working within a fast-paced production or warehousing environment.
- Education & Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with weighbridge systems and basic computer software.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate data recording and strong organisational skills.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for effective interaction with drivers and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
