This is an exciting opportunity to work across automotive, mining, and agriculture sectors, where you'll be responsible for the manufacturing and repair of industrial and automotive driveshafts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete jobs efficiently with detailed job cards
- Operate the driveshaft balancer and other machinery
- Use tools for maintenance and repairs on automotive, mining, and agricultural equipment
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring quality standards are met
- Handle hydraulic hose clips and other fittings
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a trade assistant or similar role is advantageous
- Familiarity with machinery operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work with tools and hydraulic systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and reliability
