TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering technical and service support calls
- Assisting customers with queries and repairs
- Processing work orders and lodging returns
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Proficient with computers and general administrative tasks
- Strong customer service skills with experience engaging directly with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous hands-on experience in parts or a mechanical environment (desirable)
- Knowledge or interest in the boating and marine industry
