Step into a vital role with one of Australia's leading poultry producers as a feedmill Production Worker. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations while upholding our commitment to quality and sustainability. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Material Handling: Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished feed products; move bags, pallets, or bulk material using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually.
- Assist with Production Tasks: Help with batching, mixing, or packaging as needed; provide support during shutdowns, start-ups, or product changeovers.
- Coordination: Work with production, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and communicate any delays or issues.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, keep the weighbridge area clean, and ensure equipment is maintained properly.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working within a fast-paced production or warehousing environment.
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehousing.
- Good time management and ability to multitask.
- Current forklift licence (Desirable).
- Basic mechanical understanding.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
