TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate forklifts to safely move raw materials and finished products
• Load and unload trucks and transport materials throughout the site
• Assist with batching, mixing and packaging of animal feed
• Support production during equipment changeovers and shutdowns
• Work closely with production, maintenance and logistics teams
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Current LF Forklift Licence is required
• Minimum 12 months' experience in manufacturing, production or warehouse environments
• Experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced workplace
• Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude and confidence working around machinery
• Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Strong communication skills and commitment to workplace safety
• Feed mill or food manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
