The Onsite Technician installs stormwater filtration systems across various sites. Duties include working in confined spaces, laying pipework, installing filtration units, and constructing concrete false floors. The role requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in construction environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Install filtration systems and associated infrastructure to engineering specifications
- Carry out pipework installation, concreting, and general construction duties
- Safely work in confined spaces and follow all WHS and environmental procedures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small plant equipment
- Inspect, clean, service, and carry out minor repairs on filtration systems and components
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical documents
- Complete site records, maintenance reports, and communicate effectively with site teams
- Identify and report faults, damage, or maintenance issues as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in civil construction, infrastructure, drainage, water treatment, or similar environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and technical documents
- Experience with pipe installation, concreting, maintenance works, and operating hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of workplace health & safety procedures, including confined space work
- Current driver's licence, construction white card, working at heights and confined spaces licences essential.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual outdoor work
