TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the build and final assembly of advanced power electronics products
- Perform soldering tasks with precision and consistency
- Handle and assemble PCBs, heatsinks, and electronic enclosures
- Work with technical drawings and build instructions
- Assemble complex systems to high quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe production environment
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in electronics or electromechanical assembly
- Confident soldering skills and experience working with electronic components
- Able to perform in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running
- Experience soldering heavy copper PCBs is highly desirable
