Step into a hands-on role with one of Australia’s leading poultry producers as a Container Loader (Export) at their feed mill. You’ll play a critical role in loading finished export feed into shipping containers, ensuring product is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet export requirements and schedules.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, follows strict safety procedures, and is comfortable working with industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment

- Immediate start available upon successful application
- Guaranteed full-time hours on casual pay rates ($32 – $35 incl. shift allowances)
- Regular overtime available, with most shifts finishing between 12:00am – 1:00am
- Set afternoon shifts – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Standard shift hours 2:00pm – 10:00pm, with overtime as required
- On-site parking
- Full on-the-job training provided
- Loading finished export feed into shipping containers
- Operating conveyors to transfer product safely and efficiently
- Working at heights using an Elevated Work Platform (EWP) / cherry picker
- Monitoring load distribution and container fill levels
- Conducting visual checks to ensure product integrity and cleanliness
- Following export, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a fast-paced production, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred
- Valid EWP licence (required)
- Experience operating conveyors or similar mechanical equipment
- Strong time management skills and ability to work to loading schedules
- Physically fit and capable of manual tasks and working at heights
- High attention to safety and ability to follow procedures
