We're looking for a skilled Carpenter to join a leading precast concrete manufacturer in Brisbane. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone confident reading complex drawings and assembling moulds with precision.
Please Note: Only applicants with full Australian working rights will be considered for this role.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and interpret complex drawings and plans.
- Calculate angles, curves, and dimensions accurately.
- Assemble pre-cut flatpack timber boards into moulds.
- Build and prepare concrete moulds to exact specifications.
- Use carpentry tools, measuring equipment, and power tools safely.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experienced carpenter (formwork, shopfitting, or similar preferred).
- Able to confidently read and work from detailed drawings.
- Strong mathematical and angle-calculation skills.
- Experience assembling timber structures or moulds.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to weekday hours.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a long-term team.
