We're looking for a skilled Boilermaker to join a leading precast concrete manufacturer in Brisbane. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone experienced in steel fabrication, assembling moulds, and performing high-quality welding work.
Please Note: Only applicants with full Australian working rights will be considered for this role.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble steel moulds from pre-cut components following detailed drawings
- Perform tack welding and structural welding to secure moulds
- Interpret complex technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Measure, cut, and align steel accurately to tight tolerances
- Use workshop tools, welders, grinders, and fabricating equipment safely
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks to ensure moulds meet specifications
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and fabrication standards
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Qualified Boilermaker or experienced steel fabricator
- Strong ability to read and interpret detailed drawings
- Competent in welding, tack welding, and steel assembly
- Excellent measuring, alignment, and fabrication skills
- Previous experience in mould-making, structural steel, or fabrication work highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to weekday hours
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a long-term team
