ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, we are seeking reliable Assembly Workers to join a busy and safety-focused production team. This hands-on role involves assembling metal products and components, working to job sheets and production targets in a structured manufacturing environment. You will be part of a supportive team, contributing to quality outcomes and efficient daily operations.

- Choice of Day (5.45am-3.15pm), Afternoon (12.30pm-10pm) or Night (3.30pm-1am)

DUTIES
- Assemble metal products and components to job specifications
- Use hand and air tools safely and effectively
- Read and follow job sheets and build instructions
- Pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch
- Complete quality checks on finished products
- Work safely to achieve daily production targets
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic with ability to commit to full-time hours
- Reliable and team-focused attitude
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
